CHECK-IN from 16:00 | CHECK-OUT by 10:00

Cancellation Policy:

• If cancellation is made up to 21 days before arrival: the deposit will be converted into a voucher for a booking within the current year or at most within the following year.
• From 20 days before arrival to no-show: deposit will be forfeited.
• For the "NON-REFUNDABLE" rate, in case of cancellation, modifications, or no-show, the full amount of the stay will be charged

Arrival, No-Show:
Check-in must be made on the scheduled day after 16:00. Upon arrival, guests must present identification documents for all individuals staying in the room.
In case of delay, the guest must inform the hotel promptly; otherwise, the room will be held until 10:00 the following day, after which the hotel may rent it to third parties.

Early Departure:
If the guest checks out earlier than agreed (except in cases of documented force majeure), the hotelier may request payment for the entire period originally booked (unless the fault lies with the hotel or its staff), excluding any unused meals.

Price Calculation:
Classic, Family Suite, and Family Suite Standard: minimum 2 paying guests.
Royal: minimum 3 paying guests.
Discounts: 100% for children from 0 to 2.99 years | 50% for children from 3 to 5.99 years | 30% for children from 6 to 13.99 years | 15% for the third person aged 14 and older.

• VAT
• Beach service (one umbrella, one sunbed, and one deck chair – service available from mid-May to mid-September)
• Use of the swimming pool and solarium (May to September)
• Daily cleaning included in the price (excluding kitchen corner and dishes in apartments) with changes of beach towels, bed linens, and bath towels.
• Air conditioning / Heating
• Parking (subject to availability, limited spaces, not bookable)
• Wi-Fi
• Europa Card: discount card for Bibione Thermae, restaurants, shops, and various activities
  
  

Extras:

• Drinks: beverages and drinks are not included, both in the restaurant and at the lounge bar.
• Tourist tax: not included in the price, the tourist tax of approximately €1.60 per person per night, applicable to all guests from 4 years old, up to a maximum of 10 consecutive nights.
• Pets: Pets are allowed upon request; in addition to a daily supplement (more details in the "Pet Friendly" page), a deposit of €100.00 in cash must be paid at check-in, which will be refunded if no damage occurs in the accommodation.
• Restaurant service: Buffet Free Service or table service at the discretion of management.
• Extra breakfast "Free Service": €15.00
• Extra dinner "Free Service" (excluding drinks): €30.00

In case of force majeure or special circumstances, the management of the hotels and aparthotels of Europa Tourist Group reserves the right to move the reservation, even partially, to one of our similar properties under the same price conditions and with the same services.
